Just a little bit of glamour...

Just a little bit about the past few days: I got to go to a Make-over party at Eden Spa on Thursday night. So I got pampered while Mackey went to his friend Anthony's birthday party. I really needed it. Unfortunately Mom and Dad got stuck at my house repairing the floors from a water leak.....and then... the water leak came back.... I felt soooo bad for them! The floor in the hallway had to be ripped up AGAIN! I so owe them big time! So, anyways, we are supposed to get the leak looked at tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes..... Friday I got of at noon so Mom and I went shopping outside of Memphis. I really needed that too! :) I very rarely get to go shopping, let alone with Mom. It was a lot of fun! Saturday we went out to eat with Andrea & Jared at Spindini's, so I got to see Teriann as well! And as always, the food is fabulous! Church yesterday was great! And I got to relax too! Can't beat that!

My Weekend

Well, my weekend was pretty good. Friday night Mackey and I went to our friend Earl's house to eat crawfish. And that's pretty much it!.....
Saturday, Dad came over to work on my floor, but it isn't going so well. My old floor doesn't match the new, so it all has to be replaced. I hate it, but probably not as much as Dad hates it.... I'll owe him BIG time! Yesterday I had lunch with my good friend Amy and Jamie. We went to Creegan's. It was okay. I think I'll stick to my usual resturants next time though~ And today was Father's Day. We had a great lunch at Mom and Dads. And the rest of my day included some much needed r&r.

Second Anniversary Vacation

So, for our two year anniversary, Mackey and I took a trip to Panama City Beach for a week. It was fabulous! I can't believe we've been married for two years already! We mainly spent our time out on the beach, floating our rafts on the waves. The water was great! And we didn't encounter any oil! Our last full day there we took a pontoon to Shell Island and spent the day. It was probably my favorite part of the trip. Four our anniversary dinner we went to FireFly. It was AMAZING! Our waitor brought us creme brulee with a candle in it. It was very sweet. We also went to Friday Fest. It reminded me of a small Memphis in May. One day we went down to the pier park. There were all kinds of boutques and resturants. Oh! Our condo was awesome! We got upgraded since it was our anniversary. The condo was great! My only complaint was that the vacation didn't last nearly long enough!
